Chutneys Pakistani and Indian Fusion Cuisine

The best Indian food I’ve ever had! The naan bread and rice are so delicious. I go for the buffet and they always have different selections. The food is fresh. The service is amazing. Truly one of my favorite restaurants in all of murfreesboro. The butter chicken is my favorite. I go there at least once a week when I can!

Very peaceful environment, which is refreshing since most restaurants are just overly stimulating.We had Falafel, Biryani, Butter Chicken, Beef Nahari, chicken kebab, Chia tea, Mint Lemon Drink and Mango Lassi. EVERYTHING was fresh, aromatic, and flavorful.Highly recommend for any occasion. Yummmmmm

To say, “I eat a lot of Indian food,” would be an understatement, and Chutneys is at the top of the list! Family recipes, friendly staff, and a beautiful calming atmosphere has made this stop one of my favorites. What’s more, I ate almost none of the meat due to the veggie selections being so tasty and filling. Also, had the Chai Tea and it was so flavorful there was no need to add sugar. If you love Indian food, please come check out this hidden gem in the ‘Boro!!!

Kara Chai just reminds me of nothing but home! Plus their biryani tastes just like my moms. There is no reason not to give 5 stars. Also really enjoy our time talking with the owner, he treats all those that comes in as family!One thing to understand this is more Indian inspired and more Pakistani favors.I know we will be back there soon

Such wonderful service! Very hospitable!!We ordered Arabian salad, vegetarian samosas, beef nihari (a little too much oil for my husband but I don’t mind it at all..the garlic naan helps :) ) garlic naan, chicken biryani and mango lassi. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!! We will definitely go back!

Our baby was also excited about the menu! And in all seriousness, we’ve been here over a dozen times because the owner makes us feel at home. He has poured his heart into building his dream of starting this restaurant and we feel good every time we come to enjoy dinner and to invest in his business.Our favorites are the chai, naan, and the vegetable/vegetarian course where we pick 3 items. Favorite veggie courses being the kidney beans dish, carrots, and spinach and potato. The recipes are unique, flavorful and are a legacy of his family that have been handed down from generation to generation.We also recommend the buffet when it’s available earlier in the day because you can find your favorites and then order them off of the menu for dinner on return visits.

This is a place that gets it. The atmosphere is phenomenal and the people who work there are there to serve. I’m vegan and as soon as I let them know they went straight to assisting me with the menu and showing me all the options. They have over 11 options and they are opening a coffee corner which is coming soon. 14.99 buffet everyday I think this is my new home

The food was great. I particularly enjoy the simple menu. I’m trying to be vegetarian so there is lots of options for me. I had a few different types of beans entrées I haven’t died in yet, but I’m looking forward to the relaxing atmosphere.
